2022 REGENERATE Conference

November 2, 2022 12:00 PM - November 4, 2022 11:55 PM
National Western Center in Denver, CO

Recruiting beginning farmers, ranchers, conservationists, and land stewards to attend this year's conference. This year we are excited to explore the intersections of ecology and economy through the lenses of agriculture, science, conservation, economics, racial justice, policy, and culture. Leading up to our conference, we will host a month-long series of events including a virtual workshop week and field days throughout the western US. These events will culminate in REGENERATE 2022, our hybrid conference that will take place November 2-4, 2022, in person at the National Western Center in Denver, CO and online for virtual attendees.

We have a number of opportunities to support these folks and others to attend.

Apply to be a HERD Fellow. This is a program designed to bring, include, and support beginning land stewards to attend the conference and bring their diverse experiences and perspectives to our community gathering. The program prioritizes individuals who come from historically underrepresented or economically low-resource communities and other marginalized identities in agriculture. The fellowship supports travel, lodging, and conference registration, but goes beyond this financial support. Fellows attend two virtual pre-conference sessions, have several fellows-specific sessions during the conference, and are invited to stay connected post conference through a series of tools and conversations.Apply for a beginning farmer, rancher, land steward discount. We recognize the critical need to support the next generation of regenerative agricultural producers and land stewards. We believe good agriculture is rooted in holistic thinking and a lifelong commitment to learning and teaching.Apply to volunteer. We also have volunteer opportunities for in-person and virtual events available. In exchange, we can comp different Regenerate events, depending on the type of volunteerism.
