Learn about farming practices that benefit soil health, principles that support the ecosystem, and how to gain more success by working with nature, not against it. About Del Cielo Farm: Del Cielo is on its way to becoming a vibrant, community-focused farm hub in the South Valley. In partnership with the Picaflor Collective, their primary focus is cultivating and strengthening community agency and food sovereignty within their South Valley community. The crew at Del Cielo Farm strives to be intentional and reciprocal regarding the natural, cultural, and spiritual impacts of their work with their community and the land – looking generations into the future. Through this they hope to breathe increased energy and momentum into cultivating a sustainable, community-run food system and they seek not only to be a refuge for those who have been systematically disenfranchised, but also strive to be a haven for insects, birds, and other wildlife that have been affected by destructive agricultural systems.
