Online Event
Join us for a virtual roundtable to hear from experts on how to navigate and succeed in this expanding field and learn more about green career pathways. Open to all!
Participants experience an innovative “speed dating format” aimed at providing energetic and concise insight and tips for students, faculty and alumni of color to consider in their career planning.
Presentations will last between 3 minutes – 7.5 minutes and are designed to share quick, career pointers that participants should consider, employ, and apply towards their graduation, business, and job pursuits
The aim is to provide a rich opportunity to help prepare and inform students, faculty, and alumni of color for the explosion of career opportunities expected to come with economic recovery and the increased focus on the intersection of social, economic, and environmental justice.
The roundtable will squarely place race, culture, art, and legacy at the intersection of green career planning, professional development opportunities, and Covid-19 communication norms.
Participants will receive Zoom webinar link closer to the date of the event and a robust tool kit of additional information that will include contact information, resume tips, federal policy engagement opportunities, and much more.
