Where: Mitchell Hall Room 102 - UNM Main Campus 
When: Refreshments will be provided at 2:30pm in the lobby of Bandalier Hall East, then from 3-4pm Dr. Benjamin Warner will give his talk in Mitchell Hall Room 102 
What: Dr. Benjamin Warner will be giving a talk that explores recent water protests across northern Mexico which emanated from the Mexicali Valley in Baja California, Mexico. Beginning in 2015, communal farmers and industrial laborers, among other groups, aligned under the banner of Defense of Water to protest the construction of a United States-based beverage production facility.
