Lobo Gardens
Lobo Gardens
Lobo Gardens is Sustainability Studies' on-campus community garden - a living laboratory where students, staff, and community partners cultivate food, ecological knowledge, and relationships rooted in reciprocity. Through hands-on workshops, course-linked projects, and volunteer workdays, participants put sustainability into practice while learning agroecological techniques suited to New Mexico's dryland conditions. The garden serves as a hub for exploring food sovereignty, seed stewardship, and the connections between land, justice, and community resilience. Whether you come to dig, learn, or share a harvest, Lobo Gardens is an invitation to grow something together.
