Greenbag Series: Rio Grande Community Farm

Wednesday, September 20, 2017 1:00 PM
UNM Main Campus - Mitchell Hall 213

The Sustainability Studies Program and the ENGL 440 Food, Culture & Environmental Rhetoric class will host the Fall 2017 GreenBag Roundtable Series on most Wednesdays at 1 pm. Join us for an informal and intimate potluck lunch with community and interdisciplinary featured speakers and guests.

This week's speaker is Sean Ludden of Rio Grande Community Farm, who will discuss how we cultivate local farm to table conversations.

Bring a loaf of bread, a wedge of cheese, a plate of sliced fruit, a heap of carrots, a bowl of yogurt, a cluster of grapes, a scoop of raw nuts, etc. to share over a common table. Further information: Professor Michelle Hall Kells mkells@unm.edu
